- The replacement of the goods; or

6. Delivery and Refunds
6.1 Physical and Digital Goods
Physical goods are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment and may be delivered via Australia Post or reputable courier companies. Delivery typically takes between 2 and 14 days, depending on the selected option. ADR Support Pty Ltd is not responsible for goods damaged in transit or not received; such matters must be resolved directly with the carrier. Replacement of lost or damaged items remains at Our sole discretion.
Digital goods are delivered immediately upon purchase. You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with downloading software and digital goods. Should technical issues occur during download, You are advised to contact Us for assistance.
6.2 Returns and Refunds
ADR Support Pty Ltd handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation. To request a refund, You must notify Us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for the return. If We are unable to resolve Your complaint, We will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods. Unopened goods will be refunded in full.

11. Mandatory Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or Our services, the parties agree that it is a condition precedent to the commencement of litigation that they follow this mandatory dispute resolution process:
- Negotiation: The parties must first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Negotiation begins upon service of a written notice of dispute by one party to the other;
- Mediation: If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the parties must submit the dispute to formal mediation. The mediation shall take place in Melbourne, Victoria, before a mediator mutually agreed upon by the parties. The costs of the mediator shall be shared equally between the parties.
12. General Provisions and Jurisdiction
12.1 Whole Agreement
These terms and conditions represent the whole agreement between You and ADR Support Pty Ltd concerning Your use and access to the website and materials therein. No other term is to be included except where required by Commonwealth or State/Territory legislation. All implied terms, except those implied by statute which cannot be expressly excluded, are hereby excluded.
12.2 Exclusion of Unenforceable Terms (Severability)
Where any clause or term above would by any applicable statute be illegal, void, or unenforceable in any State or Territory, then such a clause shall not apply in that State or Territory and shall be deemed never to have been included in these terms and conditions in that State or Territory. Such a clause, if legal and enforceable in any other State or Territory, shall continue to be fully enforceable and part of this agreement in those other jurisdictions.
12.3 Jurisdiction
This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Victoria and Australia. Any dispute resulting in litigation must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
